Our central location in Germany and a worldwide network of offices and sales representations make sure that our specialists are available at any time when support is needed.

If our employees cannot be on site, our local representative offices provide technical assistance and sales support.

In the design phase of our projects we take special care for remote maintenance. This guarantees highest reliability even in distant locations.

If a maintenance contract is signed our employees are available 24h on 7 days a week. Via remote maintenance we can check the system status, change parameters and install new software versions.

If necessary we also provide maintenance via local IT providers that are trained to know our systems well. All this is done to provide the highest service quality for our clients.
